An Insight into the Ukranian Folk Dance of Hopak

A particular unique reason to visit Ukraine is to observe its magnificent ancient folk dance known as ‘Hopak’. Its name comes from the Ukrainian verb hopaty which means ‘to leap and stamp feet’.
